▲实时检测宽幅玻璃的表面疵点，如结石、气泡、缺口、污点、杂质、斑块、条纹等。

▲适用的玻璃除纯透的平板玻璃外，还适用涂膜玻璃、彩色玻璃等。

▲适用于平板玻璃的生产环节，也适用玻璃的切割、磨边和涂膜环节的实时检测和报警。

▲对透明玻璃的检测，是本系统的特点所在，但也可以检测其它透明树脂膜或板材。

· 适用玻璃宽度： 玻璃宽度不限。可以根据需要扩展检测单元，以适用任意宽度的玻璃的检测。

· 最小检测目标：0.1mm， 需更小时可选用不同的CCD

· 检测精度：小于 30µm分辨率，取决于选用不同像素的CCD，可以获得需要的检测精度。

Application

-Detect and analyze defects on large sheet glass surfaces in real-time. Examples include stone,bubble,notch, stain, impurity, spots, plaque, strip,etc.

-Besides pure transparent flat glass, it is also applicable to inspect other glass including coating glass or colour flat glass.

-Real-time inspection and alarm during production of flat glass,as weel as being applicable at stages after cutting or edge polishing or coating.

-The unique system is designed for transparent flat glass detection, but it can also be used to detect defects for other transparent film or plate of reisin materials.

-Applicable glass width : unlimited width of glass by parallel entension of CCD assembly on request.

-Min. target radius：0.1mm. Also available in smaller target radius with different CCD.

-Resolution:  Less than 0.05mm upon applicable pixel of CCD selected to meet requested resolution.
