基于SUNPLUS公司独特的创新技术，这台仪器可以有效排除光照阴影和颗粒中因不规则的颗粒质地造成的严重黑影斑点对检测结果的影响，从而准确地发现真实的杂质黑点或异色，从而让透明粒子可以变得更加纯粹清澈。

This equipment is developed to inspect in process, the black spot or other defect speckles specially for transparent pellet. It automatically inspect all blacks, color-off, or shape defects in a sample feeding process of materials. Based on the unique innovative technology of SUNPLUS, This equipment can assure a fine and accuracy inspection quality by effectively eliminating the light shadow of the pellet as well as the badly black spots inside of the transparent pellet because of the irregular shape or texture of it. So that it finds out the true impurity blacks or color-off defects then makes the transparent pellet much purer and with more clean quality.
The integration in one inspection platform together with the blacks, the color-off and shape defect functions makes this equipment compact and beautiful, and is great of advantage in technology.

Dynamically inspect the transparent pellet during feeding process. It operates and manages the process automatically without being on duty.

Effectively eliminate the black shadow from pellet border area to improve the accuracy of inspection.

The inspection report is analyzed by statistics and classification with imaging of defect. All data in report is automatically saved in database and can be reviewed any time.

This equipment can also extend to inspect the color-off or shape defect pellet for multiple kind of pellets, such as opaque, colorized, white, and dark color pellets.
