专为树脂通用颗粒的外观质量检测而推出的一款高效智能化自动检测仪器，它在自动送样中实现黑点、异色、异形等缺陷的自动检测。通用颗粒是指不透明的本色或彩色颗粒，其外形可以是圆形、椭圆形、方形、柱形，扁形等多种形态，是塑料树脂行业普遍生产的颗粒粒子。
聚合物树脂颗粒的纯度是其下游产品质量的重要保证，当前，行业内的常规做法是人工肉眼观测来检测杂质或异色异形等缺陷，因此，这带来高强度的人工成本、低效率、及漏检错检。QPPI 100型自动送样自动检测的技术优势，将改变这些传统的检测不足，并带来产品质量恒定一致的保障和进步。

This equipment is developed to inspect the black spot or other defect speckles for general resin or plastic pellets. It automatically inspect all blacks, color-off, or shape defects in a sample feeding process of materials. The general pellet is the opaque one that has appearance with color or even dark color, and has all kind of shape of circle, oval, square, columnar, oblate, etc. Purity of polymer resin pellet is significant guarantee for the quality of its downstream product.
At present, a common method in the industry to inspect all defects is carried out by naked eye of mankind which results in high cost of manpower, low efficiency, failure or false detections. Fortunately, the advantage of OPPI 100 will change these traditional disadvantage for inspection, and will absolutely bring the user with a consistent fine quality and progress of the products.
The integration in one inspection platform together with color-off and shape defect functions makes this equipment compact and beautiful, and is great of advantage in technology.

The inspection report is analyzed by statistics and classification with imaging of defect. All data in report is automatically saved in database and can be reviewed any time.
7. 可拓展多规格颗粒检测，如彩色、白色、深色颗粒的异色异形检测。
This equipment can also extend to inspect the color-off or shape defect pellet for multiple kind of pellets, such as colorized, white, and dark color pellets.
